technology to the US market. Australia is the world leader in developing shade sails and other tensioned fabric shade structures because, unfortunately, they also lead the world in the incidence of deadly skin cancers! This epidemic of skin cancer has created a very high awareness of the need for skin protection.The growth in skin cancer rates in Australia has finally started to level out, due in large part to the burgeoning shade industry.
For the last three years ShadeSails USA has succesfully partnered with one of the leading shade sail manufacturing companies in South Australia. Now we are expanding our product range and representing other leading manufacturers to expose their products into the US.
