Architectural Umbrellas

When you travel to Australia you'll see large fixed umbrellas wherever you go. Designed to offer both shade and rain protection. We carry a range of standard sizes avaiable in our online store and we can also design, engineer and manufacture these products to any shape or size required.

Our standard fixed umbrellas are engineered and wind-rated to withstand up to 70 mph winds while remaining fully open. They are made from galvanized and powdercoated steel for corrosion resistance and are easy to install. They do require footings appropriate to the umbrella size and we can provide full engineering specs for each one.

Umbrella frames can be linked together using one membrane and can also be designed to provide clear side curtains. Often used by restaurants to provide a true "Al Fresco" dining experience in summer or winter.

Membranes are generally made from Ferrari 502 PVC which comes in a range of 30 colors. We can also provide a mesh canopy made from Ferrari Soltis 92. These do not provide rain protection however they breathe thus providing a cooler shelter.
